Quick summary
Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once access is delivered.
We’ll promptly fix access or file-integrity issues. If we can’t resolve a verified technical problem, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
For billing errors (e.g., duplicate charge), we’ll refund the duplicate.

1) Digital goods: all sales are final (with narrow exceptions)
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once:
a download link has been issued, or
account/dashboard access has been granted, or
files have been downloaded or streamed.
Exceptions we will honour
We will consider a refund or replacement when:
Duplicate purchase/charge – You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
Technical defect we cannot remedy – You experience a verified technical problem (e.g., corrupted archive, broken link, missing files) and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe after you contact us.
Misrepresentation/incorrect listing – The delivered product is materially different from what is described on our product page.
Not eligible:
Change of mind or “didn’t use it” after delivery.
Incompatibility with your personal workflows/tools where the product was accurately described (please read file formats and requirements on the product page).
Results-based expectations (e.g., social media performance). Marketing outcomes vary by audience, niche, and use; we do not guarantee specific performance results.
2) How to request help or a refund

A brief description of the issue
Any screenshots, error messages, or examples (for technical issues)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank/card network.
3) File access, replacements, and updates
If a file is corrupted, a link expires, or part of the bundle is missing, we will re-issue access or provide a corrected file as the first remedy. If we cannot restore access or provide a working file within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll refund the affected purchase.
4) Disputes & chargebacks
We’re here to help and can usually solve issues faster than a card dispute. If you file a chargeback before contacting us, we may pause account access while the card network investigates.
If a chargeback is filed after a working product has been delivered and no qualifying issue is shown, we will contest the chargeback with delivery and access logs.
If a refund is issued, we will revoke access to the refunded product(s).
5) Fraud, abuse, and licence violations
We may refuse a refund if we detect fraudulent activity, abnormal download behaviour, account sharing, or other licence violations. We reserve the right to revoke access if our Terms of Use are breached.
6) Taxes, pricing, and currency
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
